The hotel is great: location, amenities and ambiance wise. I love the modern, contemporary look. Due to me having the Marriott app I didn’t have too much interaction with guest services. In the heart of downtown and walking distance to a lot of places such as the AT&T Discovery District. I enjoyed my stay.

The parking is very hectic even with valet being offered. I do feel like the parking rate is overpriced, especially after getting a nail in my tire. I don’t know where they park the cars. Due to the hotel being on a main, busy street downtown it can be very hard to park your car. Without possibly getting hit or an accident happening because of the congestion. My main pet peeve is the parking situation overall. Other than that the hotel is great.

It was a quality hotel.

I was having stalker problems that I was having elsewhere. This is not the fault of the mansgement, but they also did not aid. The price was slightly more than my pension would permit.

Location was great. One could walk to all the highlights in downtown Dallas. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities one expect.

Room was very dark so that I had to use the lights even during day time.

Location is good, rooms are big, te with internet to log in with Netflix, etc. they put coffee.

small window facing a parking lot, some people would leave food bags outside of their rooms in the hallway. you have to call everyday in advance if you want your room to be cleaned up the day after. But the hotel works just fine, in my case was traveling alone and not spending much time in the room. didn’t try the breakfast either, there’s a place one block by called “overeasy” where I would go eat smth.

it was good stay but vallet lost our keys twice smh !!
