Friendly and helpful stuff.
Cleanliness of room assigned is disappointing. Water pressure was low and 2nd day of stay, totally water shut down ! No water to the room.

Location but I was never given a high room
I asked about an early check in. When I came back at 3 pm for my keys the desk agent was very rude. Saying we don’t do before 3 pm when the gentleman was taking care of me when i got there. I chose to leave since my daughter got to the hotel.

The pull out mattress has urine stains and there were bugs in the room I had to clean the toilet before using due to pubic hair that was left on the toilet

Breakfast was fantastic, rooms were clean, pool was refreshing and the staff was phenomenal! We have found our favorite place to stay when we are visiting the campus. We will be back in September and can’t wait!!
Nothing … everything was perfect. We can’t get over how nice it was and how amazing the entire staff was. We love this place. I don’t think I’ve ever said that about a hotel before.

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean and more than I was expecting.
The only negative - I parked by the sprinklers and they were on when I went out to get to my car. Had to get wet to get in and drive.

Nothing Number 1 I reserved 2 Queen beds they were just full sized. 2 the shower was way smaller than advertise. 3 I had to pay 100.00 for pet deposits and the hotel is a Hilton that claims to be pet friendly. 4 the breakfast was not as good as most inexpensive hotels. The TV didn't work I had to complain and it was fixed. I was very disappointed this was to be a surprise for my wife that ended up not good. The beds were not comfortable at all. I have never complained about a hotel until now I ended up spending 500.00 for a two night stay that I would have been better off at a motel 6.

Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast bar and clean rooms. We attended a ball tournament with my grandson and family! Great location to fields and a wonderful weekend. Thank you!

Power went out for over an hour. Bathroom had a lot of hair that was in the shower and sink...not our hair.

we felt very discriminated against. my husband was treated poorly and the man behind the desk asked very intrusive questions about why we were there and what we were doing. inappropriate and absolutely ridiculous.
