Cleanliness, noisy ancient AC, hard to try the scarce breakfast without cups, plates and utensils.

couldn’t find anyone to check in, floor in room was coming up in places, there was a weird chemical smell in the room, remote had one battery in it, no one ever got up and opened the breakfast area so we had to leave and go to a restaurant spending money we shouldn’t have had to and delaying our drive.

There is nothing remotely redeeming about this property. You are better off sleeping in your car at a rest area
This was the worst lodging facility I have ever been to. 100x worse than the Red Roof Inn in Cincinnati and 10x worse than the Quality Inn in Toledo OH. A tent and outhouse would have been a better experience.
Staff completely unavailable. Couldn't sleep at all due to plumbing that would not shut off. No breakfast. No coffee. Filthy building.

The staff were amazing! Very accommodating for a bunch of weary travelers. The price was great with no extra fees for my 3 dogs. Not a fancy place, but an incredible value!

I had two people using walkers. lots of luggage to haul
first room wasn’t made up. lots of junk in another that the door was open all the time

This is the dirtiest, filthiest place we have been to in our last 45 years of travel, including bedbugs and other animals. Had booked 3 nights but cancelled 2 of them right after seeing the room.
The pictures in the description on booking.com must be at least 20 years old.

Comfy beds
Arrived ar 2:55p, but rooms were still being cleaned. Given room with two beds instead of the King. Breakfast was without any juice or yogurt. Not up to Rodeway standards.An Undercover Boss episode would have been disastrous here. Manager's chihuahuas were aggressive and barked and nipped at us leaving the lobby, but Manager said, "They don't really bite." and didn't call them off.

Great location, good price, very clean room!
Came in late at night (10pm) had to pick up phone to talk to desk, which was ok, but never seen anyone in morning either. Put room keys in a lock box. Also, not much of a breakfast
