Uncomfortable sofa, limited TV access, no complimentary coffee in lobby ( only at breakfast) Bed wasnt comfy

The best location, so handy and easy. Breakfast was great. Have been coming here for years, and will come again soon!

Location right on the beach.

The location was perfect, we were able to walk to eat and shop. We love the bar close to the pool. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good and it saved us a lot of money.

I can’t think of 1 negative thing about the place.

Location and beach access is nice. Having a bar on-site and Starbucks is also nice. Garage parking helpful. Quick walk to shops and restaurants.

Having one of the elevators down for the entire stay, and hearing it has been down for 3 months is extremely disappointing. It caused major traffic jams and very long wait times due to having only one elevator. It is a busy hotel on the beach and this was frustrating. The staff lack of concern regarding that, and lack of concern on an item I left by mistake in my room was disappointing. I called multiple times with no returned calls. The next day I received a message that housekeeping was notified, but was not timely and did not “find” my missing item.

Clean, friendly staff and lobby smelt amazing!

Convenient and mostly friendly staff

Dirty sheets( not changed), noisy vibrating air conditioner. Didn’t get much sleep after changing sheets and being awakened by ac all night. Check out staff not really interested in issues I shared.
