Dog friendly , very nice clean room, comfortable bed

Dog friendly although the fee was a little high.

The room was super spacious with plenty of great lighting and was very clean and quiet. There were plenty of pillows on the bed and the refrigerator had a clear door to help remind ypu of anything you might have inside before you left. The bathroom was over the top wonderful and they even had some q-tips in a lidded container on the vanity. I appreciated the security feature in the elevator. The parking was close and well lit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard as a rock. The buffet restaurant inside the facility is only open Fri-Sun, so we had to eat at the Sports Bar down the hallway. My husband had the pork chops and I ordered the meatloaf. His porkchops were so thin and hard he could barely cut them. My meatloaf had a big wad of something uncutable inside all four slices. Ive never encountered something like that. Our broccoli looked amazing on the plate, but it was hard and barely cooked. Our waitress never came back to see how we were doing or to refill drinks. $68 awful meal! We were very tired after traveling for 12 hrs that day, and had not eaten anything but a breakfast sandwich early in the day and snacks. So, to say we were disappointed in the food choices, quality, and lack of customer service in their restaurant(s) is an understatement. And then to top it off with a severely hard bed...
