Loved that property was beachfront, the condo was roomy and had a great balcony. It was nice it had a dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Also, some dishes supplied for you. It was nice to have a great selection of cable and streaming tv. The pools and hot tub were wonderful!
Even though it was beachfront, it was quite a long walk for my elderly mother to get to the beach. The condo was old and a bit outdated. The living room furniture is quite old and not very comfortable. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable to sleep on at all. There wasn’t a very good selection of cookware. It could have been a bit cleaner.

Location was great.
AC did not work for the first 48 hours until the property manager was able to get someone out to repair it. The property was listed as non-smoking but it definitely reeked with stale cigarette smoke.

Pool size and beach access.
Condo was dirty, needed painting, lamp was broken, bathroom door wouldn’t close, no remote for the living room. The condo had a leak and paint was peeling. The doors are stained and the walls are damaged.

It was convenient to private beach access. Had several pools to swim in. Family friendly. Just about everything was in good walking distance. The pool and ocean view from the private back balcony and the view of Laguana Bay from the front shared balcony were absolutely gorgeous!! Kitchen was fully furnished, just add your own food. The place was very clean. Comfortable beds, comfortable seating, nice tables and counters, pretty spacious for our family of 7.
Nice updates but it is a slightly dated. Ceiling could use some updates and the doors. Also you do need some kind of transportation for towel services. It’s a little less than a mile from the condo but who wants to walk there holding dirty towels or call a taxi for that? Thankfully they brought our towels as a one time courtesy but we ended up just washing and reusing the towels during our 5 day stay. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

Owner never answer calls. It stated Island services is at the back of building but actually we have to drive to reach the place for towel exchange.
There were surprise charges. Refundable deposit not given and not telling you why!!!!
Very unacceptable behaviors of a business owner. Folks beware! It will spoil your vacation.

I liked the property had multiple pools and beach access. We had a good time.
The room didn’t seem as clean as I’d like.There was still sand in several places. I was unaware children weren’t allowed in hot tubs which was disappointing. Not having a washer and dryer in the room was a huge inconvenience (although I did know that when I booked).The apartment only had one roll of toilet paper in the restrooms along with one single trash bag and no dish soap in the kitchen. Not a huge deal but I would have been prepared if I knew we would need to provide those things.

We liked the location to the beach. We liked the number of pools and hot tubs there.
The elevators where malfunctioning while we were there but they did have matienence people working on them right away. And the sign advertising the price for the washers and dryers didn't match the actual price.

I like the location and the space.
Everting was nice but i dont like is that no have same people to clean the room take clean towels and take clean set of bed seets. A list 2 days of the week.

Good location of the building relative to things on the island.
A survey was sent out for our arrival time, and so I put 1:30pm but we were unable to get into the unit upon arriving. I had to call the host (it took multiple attempts to get a hold of her) because she provided the wrong password for the keypad to get into the unit. When she finally answered I was informed that check-in was at 4pm and was quite literally asked "and how is that my problem?" as to her sending the wrong code. First off, horrible customer service and attitude, and second, why bother asking about arrival time if we weren't supposed to be there before 4pm?
I also wish the much larger front pool would have been heated, as it was much too cold swim in.

The furniture in our condo —- the couch and loveseat were so uncomfortable. we wish there were grab bars in the showers/tub. Everything else was great!

Beach access and pools. There was a big TV in the living room.
It’s really dirty. Water stains on the doors in the bathrooms. The bathroom doors and walls also have “brown stuff” smeared on them like old poop stuff??
We have stayed at another Saida unit before. It was great, so we booked this one. But we will stay away from 3505 in the future. It was dirty. And there wasn’t much cleaning supplies (only 1 dish towel, no disinfectant/cleaning spray)

The pools, the bartenders where friendly and fast. The beds where comfy.
I had to buy my own dish soap and trash bags. Barely any hand towels or big towels. They looked dirty. Wifi didn't connect to all tvs.

Beautiful location great price for beachfront property with a excellent view of the beach the beds were comfortable and the room clean and my family loved everything on the property grounds
We could get the TV in the main bedroom to work but we didn't mind since we had an excellent view outside the porch
