Great fun place to stay with very cool rooms , would definetly recommend for a relaxing vacation

Nothing, Everyone had a blast

We loved the location, as it was close to the beach, sea world, and the zoo. From the balcony we could watch the fireworks from Seaworld every night.  The balcony deck was a fun place to hang out. The kids loved the loft beds. The whole set up was really cool. Bathrooms and kitchen were adequately stocked with everything we needed. The washer and dryer was state of the art.  The beds were very comfortable and the parking was great. We felt very safe and slept with the doors and windows open every night. Communication with the property owners was excellent! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego!

There wasn’t anything about the property we didn’t like. Everybody had a great time there.

2191 Abbott looks like it was once a really great rental, but it seems overdue for some updates considering the current rental rates. The unit could benefit from newer (and additional furniture), towels, and bed linens. Unfortunately, the patio furniture was not safe to use when we arrived, though the manager did provide new resin Adirondack chairs later, they just didn’t arrive in time for us to enjoy during our short stay. There was also some confusion with check-in. Booking.com listed check-in at 1 PM, but the owner advised that was incorrect and the property would not be ready until 4 PM. Since we were only there for a brief visit and paying full price, it was disappointing to lose a good portion of the afternoon trying to manage luggage and groceries and needed to be at a graduation ceremony at 4pm instead of enjoying the OB sunshine for a few hrs as planned. Overall, it’s a place with potential. Also few updates and better communication would make a huge difference.
