the location was great. It was very close to the streetcar. There was a drugstore, coffee shop, and restaurants all within walking distance. It was large so it could accommodate everyone.

It really needed a good cleaning. There are no drinking glasses nor a full set of dishes. There are many burned out lightbulbs. In one bedroom, the curtain was water stained and when you pulled back that curtain, the blind and window frame are rusted. None of the ceiling fan remotes had working batteries. The shower curtain in one bathroom ends 2 inches above the tub because the rod is hung so high. It is really a small series of minor inconvenience. A relatively small amount of money would remedy all of these things.

Unit A was clean and spacious for 7 adults.

Poor property management and unit not clean upon arrival. Several hours of our vacation was wasted with an unclean unit and many phone calls to Hosteeva. In this apartment unit, We rented unit B and upon arrival at check in, the unit was dirty from the previous guests. No cleaning of the unit had been done, including dirty towels in bathrooms, beds not made/dirty sheets on bed, beer cans in bedrooms, dirty glasses in kitchen, trash cans full, crumbs on counter and furniture. After an hour and half and several phone calls to Hosteeva, they finally offered to move us next door to unit A for the night. Then had to call Hosteeva several times the next day to determine the plan for where they were having us stay the duration of our reservation. After speaking with Hosteeva several times over the course of 2 days, they made arrangements for us to stay in unit A for the duration of our stay. TV in master bedroom in unit A did not work.

The rooms weren't the way it look on the pictures...no tv's in rooms..heat and air barely work. When we got there ...there were dirty rags in the bathroom

This is my second time staying at this property first time was penthouse Omg lots of space very clean I love it. This time I stayed down stairs and it was everything the upstairs was I’m try to book one or the other every visit

It took a long time to warm up other than that perfect

They came and brought us stuff we needed
