Really uncomfortable squeeky bed. Full of mosquitoes and very overpriced dinner.

So beatiful view from the hotel and perfect thermal pools :)

Location was fantastic. Great views of the Mediterranean and easy access to buses.

Breakfast was open from 0730-0945. We arrived at 0830 and most of the food was already gone. We expected the staff to replenish the buffet, but they never did, Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work. We opened the windows to help cool off the room and we're subsequently eaten by mosquitos.

The rooms and bathrooms need updating , it’s a bit old and the beds are not comfortable and the toilet flush is not good

Rooms are a decent size.

The saddest breakfast “buffet” I’ve ever seen in Italy. Location is a sour spot, very far away from anything else in the island. There is a lot of improvement that can be made in order to really deserve those 4 stars (see elevator picture).

We really liked the location of this hotel. The view is fantastic. They have a shuttle service for the beach and also there is a bus stop close to the hotel. The buses run regularly to the beach and to town. My kids also loved the walking path down to the beach, which takes about 15-20 minutes but pretty steep. The pool was clean and not too busy. Sunbeds are provided by the hotel on the beach. The staff is friendly but English is limited ( which we didn`t mind). The rooms are basic but clean. The transfer from the airport arranged by the hotel was excellent.

Breakfast was limited and if you go too late there is not much left. We had dinner once in the hotel and were not impressed. Probably it did not help that we did not understand the menu, as they only have Italian menu. (not unusual on Ischia)
