Nothing much. It appeared to be a great hotel but lacked so much. superficially it was modern, clean and well designed with a lovely reception area and a car park

No info written down, no hair dryer, no help with luggage, incorrect info about breakfast times, sachets of shampoo etc ., no desk in the room, no chairs in the room nor on the balcony, no frigo bar, the view was not exactly as described.........grossly overpriced nightly rate and car park (we paid AR $ 2,000 for one day !!!!!) On top we had to pay the ECO tax!!!

Good reception, kind treatment. They were solicitous in changing our room which was very noisy and in the back of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. However, the hotel shows some maintenance problems, e.g. plumbing. And the internet connections were very poor, sometimes unavailable.

Noise in room 313 (from the backyard). Plumbing not working well: shower spout, sink drain. Awful internet.

Nice location and room very clean although too simple, not even a chair in the room and the bathroom is too small (you have to enter sideways and then you can close the door)

The parking spaces are just a few and even if you send a note to reserve a spot they never reply and in this season is very difficult to find street parking or a secure parking lot close by. Better to close to confirm reservation for the parking spot. The lack of willingness to solve the parking problem was observed in all the front desk staff.
