The beds we’re comfortable.

The bathroom was sad. The vent that was supposed to be on the ceiling was sitting next to the toilet while there was a big open hole above it where the vent is supposed to be. The tub was not as clean as I’d hoped. There was dark residue on the floor of the tub that looked like it was wiped down instead of scrubbed. The remote didn’t work either. It wasn’t even the correct remote for that television.

Room size

I paid more when I checked in. I reserved a room on booking.com for a cheaper price but when checked in I was charges almost 60 more. NOT HAPPY!

Location and friendly staff

Last night was awakened by loud guest around 3 or 4 am that were talking so loud it sounded like they were in the room with us. This lasted 2 hrs. Mult calls to front desk and they finally found them.

All the Host (check in-overnight /check out) were amazing. They need a raise. I have stayed in multiple hotels over the years. The host here were exceptional. Thank you again Hosts. Breakfast was delicious.

I kept having key trouble. We had two keys. Our pillows were too flat. Our shower pressure was sooooooooooo low. All and all we had a great time.
