My Place Hotel Twin Falls ID

I had two rooms for family due to traveling for a family funeral, two rooms for two nights. This room was excellent.

My second room, horrible experience, discussed in another review.

So comfortable- felt like home.

It smelled when we arrived but the clerk took care of it

Clean and comfortable bed, ice in room.

Clean. Accepted dogs. Good travel location for a stop.

I was very disappointed in this property. The rooms have a kitchen but not a single dish. What’s a stove for if you can’t use it. Nothing was in the cupboards! When you rent a room with these kitchen facilities, I think it’s fair to expect to use them. When I asked the front desk, I was told no dishes due to OSha, stating because they can’t be sanitized without a dishwasher in the room. They said they had some dishes they could loan us, including paper products. 💁And when asked about an ice machine, I was told that I was suppose to have turned on my ice machine in the fridge in the room. No ice machine in the entire facility. Isn’t that a basic offering in a hotel? Travelers need ice to replenish coolers on road trips! Honestly, I am super easy to please , but this place was an absolute disappointment.
