super clean and comfortable bed. Shower had good pressure and breakfast was ok. Pet friendly.

It was on-site downstairs.
Coffee & hot water were always available.
Breakfast was MEH! Eggs were runny. No gluten free options. Coffee was better the day before. No microwave in the room was a PIA -- by the time you reheated anything in the microwave downstairs it was cold by the time you got back to the room. The microwave was downstairs and on a shelf under the counter. If you choose and undercounter microwave bother to install an actual drawer undercounter microwave. It is accessible for everyone.

We loved the staff and the game room in the lobby. We traveled with our son who LOVES to play pool, so the pool table was a great surprise.
My only complaint is the room size. They are a little small. Well, at least ours was. We were a tad cramped.

The location was perfect for walking to get something to eat. Breakfast was good with healthy options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. In fact, one gentlemen went above and beyond to get me something I asked for. No one seemed bothered or put out by me. I LOVED the signs by the elevators where previous guests could write suggestions for local attractions.
I tried to use the tv in the workout room to provide me with my morning workout. The video was confusing and I didn't end up using it.

Breakfast was good. Place was very clean. Very neat. I love the vinyl flooring in the rooms. No nasty carpet. Bet was good. A better pillow would help. Firmer. Shower and bath were perfect. No frills room done tastefully

Location was perfect. Very easy too find the hotel. Front desk staff friendly & professional. Cleanliness was exceptional. Coffee & bagels at breakfast were very good. Bed & pillows were comfortable.

They staff was incredible! They even came in early to serve breakfast for our team before our competition! Rooms were clean and cute. Products in the bathroom were great.
Wish it had a pool, though we knew this before we booked. Our room did have a lot of noise from the highway for sleeping at night. not sure if it was the location of the room or the entire hotel.

The property was clean inside, minimalistic, friendly staff, pet friendly.
I don’t love the pet fee if you have well behaved dogs. The grounds outside had a lot of trash all over.

The location is nice for me. Not too far from the fairgrounds, and restaurants I like are close by.
For a 3 day stay at over $200 per night, there is nobody to come straighten the room each day. The bedding is old/picked, and had stains. I hope it was stained and not still dirty. I didn't stay at the Comfort Inn for the same reason. Maybe I'm old school, but growing up, the rooms were cleaned daily.

I love the convenience of a restaurant and a gas station right nearby... it was clean, the staff was amazing!
For how small the room was it was a little pricey and a little cramped in the room.

The breakfast was very good. Great at replenishing and keeping it fresh. All requests met in a timely manner.
