Dirty, loud, in need of repair

The ability to be right on the gulf side of the island and walk out to a private beach was amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and the lighthouse.

They had a big Masonic group staying there. In the adjoining room to ours, the men had their tv on all night and you could hear it through the walls. When they checked out, I was finally able to get a good night’s sleep. They need some sort of dehumidifier for the rooms, the floor was wet and nothing would dry in the room. Bathroom was very small. The room smelled of disinfectant/bleach mixed with mildew. The cupboard with dishes had a strong odor of old paint. We usually don’t spend a lot of time in our room when on vacation, so the location to the beach made up for it. The bed was okay, had a small couch, tv and laminate booth style dining area with a small kitchenette with a mini fridge. We ate out most meals because it was not conducive to cooking. No coffee pot in the room! But they did have coffee in the office till 11:00 am. I won’t stay there again, but I will go back to SGI! It’s a beautiful island on the forgotten coast.

Didn't service room , had to ask ,was told no one on site that day that could. Had to wait til next day.

Fantastic location

Nothing. It was exactly what I expected.

Close to beach. Good value. Staff was wonderful.

Pool was not very clear. Rooms were clean, but are not deep cleaned to often.

What breakfast. No body said anything. Close to everything. Enjoyed talking to people .The air-conditioned worked great.

The tub wasn't very clean. Had to borrow a plunger to use in sink and tub. The elevator doesn't work and I asked for a bottom room because I have bad knees but the rooms were full except on top. Ice machine out front didn't work. In my opion the rooms are to high .

Loved the walk out to the beach! Location was amazing!

The ice machine was broke our whole stay. Very inconvenient.

The closeness to the beach was very nice.

I had to go and buy a broom and dustpan to combat some of the sand in the room.
