The location is supreme for those who like peace and quiet away from the hub bub. One small note would be occasionally hearing the neighbors through the walls. It was comfortable to have a sofa, chair and foot rest. The bathroom was huge. We didn't have to use fans nor heat as the breeze from the suite windows took care of the air flow. Nicely designed building and interior with numerous options for outdoor seating/relaxing. Nap time anyone! Having our little dog with us was a real plus. So glad you enjoy and accept dogs. The only issue were the controls on the shower. Many controls. Some didn't work. However, there were enough working shower heads and water to take a comfortable shower. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would return if in the area.

This is a beautiful place! Lots of room options for your stay. The staff was very helpful and responsive. I definitely would recommend.

Location is not the best

We stayed at the quaint apartment style Pond Room. The shower was an open style bench seat rainfall showerhead with 2 body sprays, amazing water pressure and heat. The bed was firm and comfy. TV and WiFi easy to use. The coffee maker was small but working. Good breeze when the windows are open. Extremely clean!

Although it states that "Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in" there is no physical 24 hour front desk, only contactless check-in. The unlit gravel path to the Pond Room was difficult for me to walk on, keep in mind that getting to this room is not for the mobility challenged individual. The outdated fabric vertical blinds did not open and we had to push them aside to get into the room from the sliding door. Once inside, it took time to get the fabric verticals closed because they would attach to each other due to fraying from wear. This can be a real problem if you are taking a shower and keep the interior sliding door open, it's a direct view into the shower from the area where the spa is. EEK! The toilet is also in a strange spot, looking directly into the shower. Double EEK! Also, upon leaving, the sliding door is difficult to lock from the outside (with practice you will get the hang of it.) There was no smoke alarm, just some exposed wires in the ceiling. No hand sanitizer in the room as stated. They provide coffee, creamer and sugar in bulk (it is not prepackaged, so use at your own Covid19 risk) The worst thing of all is feeling that we were bamboozled regarding Air Conditioning in the room.
