Very clean. Had our own space and rooms

It has a great screened in porch. The beds were comfort. The trailer was decorated real cute and has a comfy feel to it. It's a short drive to the beach. The trailer court is quiet and relaxing.

The trailer needs a little TLC and we had an ant issue.

I liked that the price was not outradius and the owner was very nice and willong to work with isdues that arose and was vedy fair with us.

Some of the needed amintes were not working properly so was not able to use them when they were needed but hopefully they will be fuxed for tbe next guest.

You accuse us of stopping up a toilet when we hadn’t been there but a hour and that was unacceptable to us because the maintenance man said that the family before us has started out because his wife informed him about that it needed to be snaked because of the use of toilet paper the family before us had used,his wife cleans up after guests leave the house

all about the location to myrtle without all the craziness of staying there and to our favorite beach ocean isle but we wanted to try something different and golden was also very nice and this property was like a few minutes from the beach. and the others I mentioned was within distance so we went there also so it was very good!

holden beach itself not the property it was hard to find parking and at the pier seemed to be the only place but not related to the property and the pier was still not open for use.

the location was close to a local tavern, which was nice. also near the beach The host allowed us to check in 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in time

door to screened porch was locked, we had to carry our groceries and luggage around the home to get in

The screened porch was great. Quiet. The pier was nice, but didn't have time to enjoy it.

With 4 adults, an additional indoor shower would have been nice, but with some scheduling we made it work.
