Didn't have time for breakfast.
Everything was as expected and better.
It took a few to find the parking passes, but not that hard.
Didn't see any kind of map for beach access info. So I hiked further than expected. Might have done better at this if not so many other things to do. But this is a small need, not a big deal. But instructions could include how best and most quickly to get to the beach on foot.

It’s a very good condo for the money we spent. The property manager, Scott, was very helpful and responsive. My kids really enjoyed the pool.the condo had everything we needed, beach towels, chairs, beach toys, kitchen was fully equipped., extra towels and sheets. The siesta key beach is only 1 mile away, and crescent beach is closer, a short 15 min walk.
There were couple of things that didn’t work, like the blender in the kitchen, and the Tv in the kids room, but that was not a big deal, we managed without those things.

Loved the apartment. It was perfect size, there were nice coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella you could take the beach. The pool was nice. The AC was cold and it was quiet. Scott was very easy to reach and answered any questions I had.
There were alot of times it was hard to get out of the parking lot, so much traffic. I wish the TV remotes worked. I even tried changing the batteries.

Great location, nice condo, assigned parking spot, newer furniture, updated appliances etc, full set of cookware
I think the cleaning services could do a better job, some furniture was dusty, dirty dishes and silverware, hair in bathrooms/beds from the previous guests

Um our first night we bought groceries next morning all the chips cookies pretty much anything on the counter was full of ants silverware was dirty had to re wash the upstairs rooms had a weird smell I appreciate the stay but will be the last time booking here
