it was cold and when you added heat then it wear making a lot of noise. also right on curve of two busy roads so you heard cars all night

not at all accommodating. Too "hip"

staff was unapproachable. no solutions ... everything was simply "no, we cant do that" ex. needed 1 extra towel, was told non available.... when that was the third time we basically were told "no, we cant" when staff realized when we said everything so far has been disappointing. staff gave us 4 towels!... lol really?!?!... Too Woke for Me.

location,pool and good breakfast

was there for two nights and didn’t put do not disturb on door and the room was not replenished with towels or other supplies and I got charged for that but the job wasn’t done by staff

Breakfast was good, pillows are wonderful, staff was great.

Rooms are a bit small, wish there was adult only hours for pool/jacuzzi, it gets a bit crowded too relax.

Person who checked us in was pleasant and helpful, but no mention of the pet fee when they took the $50 deposit. Room was surprisingly quiet considering the location beside a very busy highway.

$75 pet fee is ridiculous! If this is to cover extra cleaning, I'm not sure how you can justify it when the floors are all laminate and not carpet. Wifi worked for about 15 minutes then totally crapped out and couldn't even find the network anymore to try to login.

We will not stay here again

We had to change rooms 3 times. The room hadn't been cleaned for a long time. If we could have we would have went to another hotel

convenient location near the mall and places to eat. friendly staff and clean rooms. the pool table and games in the lobby were a lot of fun.

Everything from the food to the room was beautiful and good quality. The lobby was inviting and lots of places to hang out.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Like hardly slept cause they were so bad.

Young lady could not find my Hilton rewards number. She gave me a link and I showed her I was a member. She gave me a number to call. It was not busy, and she could have help me further but seemed not to care. So, I didn't credit for the stay.
