Very small room

Very comfortable and well maintained for the historical hotel!

Took a while to get hot water for shower.

The staff were really nice, The bed was really comfortable. We had problems with the heat in our room, had to move to another one. Didn't like the tv set up. Couldn't get a local tv station. We only ate dinner the first night at hotel. The food was really bland. Kent's steak was really fatty, no flavor, prices were too high for the quality of the food.

No elevator

The room was very clean and comfortable

The restaurant steak was not good at all and they ran out of a lot of food, breakfast was undercooked as well.

quiet. no one else was on that floor. kind of had it all to our selves.

no elevator. wife had a hard time getting up the stairs. we were on the top floor.

needs a little updating

My wife has mobility issues and was not able to climb the stairs to the 4th floor. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel website mentioned that they had no elevator. We drove over an hour to get to this hotel and were pretty upset. There was no staff on hand that knew how to work their reservation system. The staff was friendly, but poorly trained. We finally requested our money back and went to find alternate accommodation. We were verbally promised a refund, but the manager was not there to confirm. Your site should clearly indicate which hotels are not suitable for persons with disabilities. Bad experience all around.

Could offer a receipt for check out. There was only a sign at the desk indicating dropping the key in a box.

I liked the historical building. The restaurant was good, even though it was a little slow. The beds were very comfortable.

The street was a little noisy, but couldn’t really be helped. The restaurant was slow as well.

No staff no ac no way worth the money paid. Took hour to check in cause person left before I booked. Had to find someone I call them.
