Location it’s not far from the N1 road. Fairly cleaned.

Facilities really needs a renovation, some cupboards remained locked, shower doors & curtains unserviceable.

The rooms were spacious

When there's a power outage or load shedding, there is also no water. During that time, the property does not provide water in containers. We had to go buy our own water :(

We were split up in different buildings. Single room was very tiny Kitchen was closed but when we looked at the menu the staff mentioned that they checked with owner and would open later, which made it seem like they did not usually operate. Hence we were doubtful about eating there.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. This is our new halfway stop from JHB to CT

The people working at the venue where so friendly, and the bed in my room was better then most high priced hotel beds, best sleep I had in a week.

The hosts were lovely & welcoming. Our room was great....very comfortable and warm. Lots of space & a large bathroom. And a lovely breakfast to send us on our way. Beautiful historic building & a delightful back garden. Plus safe parking. A perfect place to stay for our half-way stopover between Jhb and Cape Town.
