I got to up grade for cheap. Also want to thank the property for not changing me extra for a room I had not needed . God bless

Everything very nice we had cable

nothing ! the property was not in condition to even stay there! I had to rent another room on a different hotel .

There was no where to park. Property very trashy. Room floor dirty. Long term clients having a major fight in the middle of the night. Yelling and breaking a window. Did not feel safe here

My wife got bitten by what seems to be bedbugs. It was horrible. She went to sleep but kept getting awakened by little pricks followed by itching. She had welts from the bites all over her the next morning and they even bit her near eyes. Her eyes were almost swelled shut by the welts that she had the next morning. I can't believe that she spent a second night there. She reported the bites to the night manager who did nothing at all about it. I plan to report this incident to the health department that oversees that area.

As stated above, there were bedbugs in the room and my wife suffered from bites all over her upper body, neck and face. Her eyes were almost swollen shut the next morning from the bites.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful on finding somewhere to eat. The shower had a lot of pressure and temp was perfect.

We showed up when it was raining outside, and the room we had rented had 3 leaks. Also my sisters room she rented smelled terrible like smoke.

The location was perfect to start my bicycle ride to the top of Mt. Evans.

To expensive for what they give.

Mattress was slanted downward at the head of the bed. Couch was old and the cushions sank in when you sat on it. The AC had to be unplugged to stop cooling. There was no coffee available. No one was around in the early morning. The patio area had gardening supplies and a wheelbarrow full of weeds and soil.

It was close to the activity we wanted to use the next day. Photos appeared to represent a clean, family run property. We asked for two double beds and received them. Air conditioner worked. Cable worked.

Property is at best a $40 per night property. It is in significant disrepair. Far removed from the information on the internet, the property is neither quaint nor nostalgic. Door knob is loose. The room we were assigned was NOT Clean. Restroom sink and restroom floor is full of cracks and in need of replacement - a breeding ground for germs and microbials. Shower was either hot or cold - nothing in between. Bed springs were so noisy - they squeaked with every breath. We did not know until we arrived that part of the property is apparently being rented out to weekly patrons. There was a discomfort level with permanent clientele sitting outside of our room in chairs and smoking after midnight. I walked with a child through cigarette smoke to get from our car to our room. When we entered the room, there were food crumbs and food wrappers next to the bed from previous guests. We found a pool of standing water in what looked to be a drawer from an old refrigerator sitting in close proximity of our door that is breeding mosquitos. Several trash cans on the property were filled to overflowing. Worst of all, we caught bed bugs in the trap we placed on the bed closest to the window. All of our clothing is going in the trash when we get home.
