The breakfast was great with Starbucks coffee.

A bit challenging driving around Mall parking lot to get to and from hotel.

Service was fantastic. All of the people on staff were very personal and kind. The place was very, very clean.

Very comfortable bedding; modern rooms/facilities; very clean; close to great restaurants + Starbucks plus shopping.

The first night I was in a room closer to the roadway with noisy traffic. Staff very kindly moved me to another room for the second night of my stay.

The location, but the staff, except for one youth gal behind the counter (small and curly hair) exceeded my expectations. The room had a little water lid on the floor, left over soap on the tub, toilet unflushed paper, bed was ok-bit old. Had to pay 6.00 for orange juice, no breakfast included and I am a Hyatt member. Money hungry property. The gal who sold me my orange juice walk by me with zero eye contact and was dark feeling and disconnected. Not happy except for the one employee. Bad vibe and nothing special. Other properties are generous and cordial——never again. Greedy and distant and not that clean. I. An easily spend the same money and receive a better vibe elsewhere.
