Good location both to downtown and nearby restaurants.

Reservation system could be better. Unclear why I was charged a $15 service fee to make a reservation.

I think the only down side was the pool. Many of the guest that were at the pool had many friends/family members come in through the gate entrances to join them at the pool. This made it impossible as a guest at the hotel to enjoy the pool.

Breakfast was great!! The lady in the eating area was very attentive and friendly. The eating area was also very clean.

Overall it was a pleasant place to stay for a quick overnight. The bed was very comfortable and room was fine for me - no complaints.

The bathroom did not appear to be ready: the toilet seat was left up, a face cloth had fallen down onto the back of the toilet and there were no products or hand towel in the sink area. When I asked about it, I was given a bar of hand soap, so I wasn’t sure whether not having soap, hand cream, etc. near the sink was deliberate or not. However, my son’s room was fully supplied. There was also a small patch of mold beginning in an otherwise very clean shower. For me, a very clean, appropriately supplied bathroom and a clean, safe (NO bedbugs!!) bed are critical!

Breakfast was chaos, at 9:30 am almost everything was put out. Had to wait 30 minutes for couple of omelets and had browns, broken toaster , could not heat up bagels, practically impossible to eat soggy frozen bagels .

The hotel is very nice, the rooms comfortable, they should improve breakfast hours and room service

I think the schedule is very limited and they should extend it to later, also some days there were no burritos or other things long before closing at 9:30 am They should also take care of the cleaning service because one day they cleaned but did not put toilet paper, soap or towels ..

Much better than expected. Even the coffee and breakfast were a touch above other Marriotts.
