Kitchen dishes were not washed properly. No streaming devices in this place

Every bedroom has its own bathroom.

We had no functioning washing machine and no internet for the length of our stay (4 nights and 5 days). We had to wear the same clothing more than once (not ideal after ski). Also there is no cell phone service in and around the property. It is pretty remotely located so we had no way of communication with the outside world. We had to drive up the hill to get some cell service to be able to call the management at Vacasa. After multiple calls nothing was repaired plus they never answered my emails nor returned my phone call after my stay there. Also the facilities around the property (like: swimming pool, sauna, gym…) where all closed for maintenance. That information was never shared with us prior to booking. So, despite the pretty place, we were extremely disappointed, because although we understand that technical issues may occur, no real will of assistance and then ignoring our calls and emails are clear proof of very poor customer service.
