The fantastic location, easy walking distance from the beach, and from the old town. They loaned out beach towels and umbrellas, and had a coffee machine in reception, and a great coffee shop just around the corner at Amelie.

Location was very good, close to everything and the front desk people were very helpful. Nice heated towel rail.
Small but clean room with no counter space in the bathroom. Window opened to an airshaft but at least it opened.

The location is fantastic, it is a short stroll to the beach and also a short stroll to the old, pedestrian area of San Sebastian. We sampled several excellent restaurants are bars recommended by the gentleman at reception, he was very knowledgeable and provided one of the best overviews of a city you could wish for.

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful.
Cost of parking. €27 per day in public parking across the road.

Location was perfect. There was a reasonable breakfast spot next door which worked well for us (opened early)
We should never have driven in San Sebastian (we were warned-but still) Divorce narrowly avoided

We didn’t have breakfast but there’s an option to book breakfast at the cafe next door. Their pastries are fabulous!
Beds were a bit hard for us but apart from that, nothing. Room was clean and well appointed. Maybe a couple of cups could have been provided as there was a kettle in the room (we didn’t ask, although I’m sure Matthias and staff would have provided them)

Great appartment within walking distance to the old town (5 minutes) and both beaches (5-10 minutes). Very nice and supportive personnel!
Although location is in the middle of the city it is very quiet at nights due to double windows.
