The staff was very friendly and the airport shuttle was convenient.

The room was not clean and the entire hotel needed a deep cleaning. The hallways smelled bad. We found bugs in our room. Every time we left our room (even for breakfast) our room key was deactivated. Wouldn’t stay again.

Person at the front desk was rude. Was on her cel phone when we arrived. Told me I didn’t have a reservation by assuming how to spell my last name. When I spelled it for her, she told me I spell it wrong. Was not welcoming at all.

Close to airport, we needed to be at the airport at 6 AM and we were not familiar with the area.

The hallways had a musty smell. The bathroom shower head would not stop dripping, and the entire room including the bathroom needed an upgrade. A/C was very noisy throughout the entire night. There were no USB outlets to charge phones and other devices.

We were not there for breakfast. The location was great for us to reach the airport in time for an early morning departure.

I hate to be critical, but there were several things that we did not like. First the room smelled like a musty basement and the beds felt damp. The room was also quite dirty as the carpets needed to be vacuumed. The bathroom floor had crumbs and all kinds of crap on it especially between the wall in the sink cabinet. The long stick on the mini blind that you used to open and close was filthy and all in all it was just a very poor experience. Other than the staff that was pretty friendly when we checked in it was an awful experience I would not recommend to anyone unless some serious updating and cleaning was done. The price was pretty fair but for what we got I even question that.

Nobody at the hotel answered my request to postpone the travel dates Ended up with paying for the room without even checked in there bc they simply did not answer called Kimberly at Frontdesk she seemed overwhelmed and stressed out with her work Put me aside twice saying she had too much in front of her to help me Said she calls back but never did.

Very nice room, and the breakfast was excellent.

The fitness center was not clean. And even if they would have left some cleaner I would have cleaned after my work out.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised as having airport shuttle 5 am to 5 pm. We arrived at 3 pm and there was no shuttle in service so had to pay an additional taxi charge. There was no management staff on site to resolve the issue. I emailed Monday morning when I had been told the manager would be there. There has been NO response to that email.

Pool was no functioning. Room was not ready Waited hours for the room- and still have dirty floors in the bathroom

The people at the desk were awesome and we will be staying there every time we travel to the area from now on.

The location is close to the airport and shopping. The staff was nice, and the room was clean, and adequate for our needs. We also enjoyed the pool which was open later into the night.

We could smell the marijuana in the hallway, someone was certainly smoking. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is of those smokers who disregard others with conditions such as asthma.

Shuttle driver never showed, leaving us scrambling for a ride to the airport at 5 AM. there were small holes in the ceiling right above the bed

I ate at the diner next door which was awesome . Location is excellent for pre-flight accommodation. Bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The first room I was given smelled like urine and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. (221). I asked for a new room and was given 2017 which smelled like paint and the AC worked. The look is kind of seedy. The tubs should be replaced and fixtures are dated There was a beetle living in the bedside lamp. Very helpful to have a fridge and microwave in every room. Ice machine on the second floor does not work. The electrical room at the end of the hall had a alarm beeping constantly

it was close to the airport but this is the only thing we liked.

we selected this hotel because it said it offered a shuttle from the airport. We arrived late and could not use the shuttle to the hotel so we had to pay for a taxi. We also selected this hotel for the breakfast and when we came down for breakfast at 8:05 am it was already finished and the lady was cleaning up and said we were to late.
