Cleanliness of room

Drug activity outside door and drug dealers living in rooms on both sides of mine and alot of trash outside

The bathroom wasn't clean, there was socks in the dresser draws, and hanger on the shower rod...the rm wasn't fully inspected before deeming ready, microwave was dirty and the refrigerator, the sink for bathroom had black grud under the handle

Nothing at all!

I asked for towels and extra pillows for my very swollen foot and leg (lupus) that needs to be elevated! He says to a gentleman of another color of me and says “see you know what I mean these Americans think they can have whatever they want!” All because I said it’s crap you gave me 3 towels and 2 washcloths for a family of 4 and you have a pool which he replied we don’t give out towels for the pool …. Why have a damn pool then! He says house keeping will be back at 7a.m dude I’m staying for one night I leave in the morning! So not only did he make a racial remark toward me my children 8 and 4 were right there! It was absolutely disgusting! Do not stay at this hotel!

Coffee was ready in morning.

Bed was covered with dig hair. When I asked fir a new blanket they acted like the had no other blankets??? Finally, when I told them to give me another room the “found” one. Shower was gross, dirty.

It was close to what we had going on

NO HOT WATER!!! They cancelled my room because they said my card declined, but I used my card to pay for my room once I got there.
