Great location, staff was exceptional. They all take pride in operating this property. Cleaning staff left a note welcoming us and they had our room at a perfect 72 degrees it was 85 degrees outside. Was appreciated.

Nice selection of items for breakfast.
Provided a change of room due to issue of pet.
Room location was excellent (patio that faced the courtyard).
Even though we requested pet friendly room when making the reservation; when we arrived reservation did not show pet.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Our housekeeper Consuela was very nice.
There were eggs on the floor and the counter area needed to be wiped down. The 2 guys were more interested in setting up a pancake making machine.

Right next to the highway but didn’t hear too much road noise. Pretty good breakfast and my kids loved the pool.
Being woken at 4am by other guests jumping in the pool outside our room.

one surprise, English style Sausages.
Netflix was a bonus as there was nothing to do in the area.
Doors opened out on to car park, just didn’t feel relaxed and secure.
we paid for an upgrade, but was hard to see what we received for the money.
Bathroom had a continue leak and washbasin in accelerate room.

Kind staff. AWESOME breakfast. A little out of date/older, but well-majntained. Obviously, someone actually cares about how the rooms look.
LOTS of dogs wandering off leash. Bed frames are old and very squeaky. Toilet was lopsided. Curtains didn't close properly.

Over the last week I spent 3 nights at this hotel. A good experience with except for the lounge. Two of the 3 times at the bar the large TV didn't work. I would have stayed in the bar longer to watch Stanley Cup hockey playoffs.

very friendly staff, very happy to get a pet friendly room
there was a light blinking intermittently during the night that was a bit of a disturbance but otherwise it was great, especially the staff - everyone there was kind and friendly

Dog Friendly with green space for dogs ,located right off the highway, friendly front staff, third time we have stayed here. Parking right in front of our room's window.
Very expensive on site restaurant with slim menu. TV remote was difficult to figure out and Netflix didn't work

Older hotel, a bit run down. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were scratchy. Front desk staff was friendly

Breakfast of rubber eggs and sausage only. food handler was inconsistent in wearing gloves.
