We loved all the amenities that Oak and Spruce had to offer. We definitely will go back!!

We liked everything about this facility. Cleanliness was off the charts. Every detail meticulously cared for with spacious living areas. Fantastic!

I like that it was close to everything in the staff was friendly.

The first time I checked into head dog hair all over it and caused a allergic reaction with my skin. I quickly realized it and went to the front desk and they swapped my rooms with no problem. Beds were OK but a little hard. Also, the fixtures in the bathroom are coming apart and the word sink needed replaced. Everything else was good. Other than the air conditioning did not work very well.

The amenities, the space. It was perfect . We brought our own food so we cooked the whole stay, the kitchen had everything.

No elevators, but I guess I should of asked to be on the first floor. It was hard bringing up and down a infant.. but we managed and that didn't stop us from having fun.

The villa was roomy and the indoor pool in the morning was awesome!

The location was a little dated, but very cozy and convenient. A lot of amenities on site were closed, unfortunately -- but being as it was midweek during the winter it's understood. The room did have some accumulated dust. Otherwise, the stay was awesome and the accomodations were great for the price.

the pool was so packed each day i mean packed. also the arcade room kept taking my money

Our hallway smelled so bad of cigarette smoke….

The water was very cloudy in all of the sinks and bathrooms in our room which didn’t look safe to drink or use. Also the jacuzzi had crumbs and dirt specs in it from the guest prior to us. (Not very clean or hygienic) just shows how often they actually get thoroughly cleaned!

The bed and the pillow is very comfortable.

The gym need an upgrade. Need More indoor activities.

lots to do, local to many shops, ski slopes, etc.

no elevators would make the third floor really hard with lots of luggage. we were lucky to be on the first floor.
