the location of this property was wonderful, it has 24hr security available which was really mind comforting. also, I really like the host response time and he was really helpful, I'll give a 20/20 to the host, maybe 18/20 to property which is a really good score in my book.

The location is perfect, close to shopping centers, food and all nightlife stuff. Plus the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The host was lovely.
The pool was fantastic and the laundry washing service was great.
The accommodation is very dated. The shower head was fixed and pointed to the door at a height which meant my 8 year old could not use it.
It is situated above a very noisy road.
There were lots of cockroaches. The apartment building was due to have this addressed after we left.
We booked this from NZ and paid a lot! My partner stayed on in Phuket and moved to a different place, which was better for far less money.
