Villa très bien située pour rayonner dans la région. La piscine privée surplombant la petite ville de Santa Margherita est certainement un atout incroyable de la propriété. La proximité de la ville est très pratique pour faire les courses, prendre le bateau ou le train. Le soir venu, l’écho du train et des voitures peut par contre incommoder les dormeurs au sommeil léger qui préfèrent dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et la maison était confortable.

magnifiques vacances, le lieu est magique, la maison de nos rêves avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et une petite chatte blanche hors du commun, elle nous manque du reste. Merci de nous avons fait partagé ces moments inoubliables, au plaisir de revenir très vite. Patricia et Christophe

Ein phantastisches Stückchen Erde, wunderbarer Blick über die Bucht, toller Pool, angenehme Einrichtung und bequemes Bett - was will man mehr?! Santa Margherita ist der bessere Ort zwischen Rapallo und Portofino, gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Eltern und Kinder waren glücklich. Wenn wir nicht den Wunsch hätten, noch mehr von der Welt sehen zu wollen, würde ich das Haus für die nächsten Ferien gleich wieder buchen. Danke an die freundlichen Gastgeber!

My wife and I needed a break together, something special. This really was just perfect, we simple couldn't of asked for more. The owners are first rate people, the villa was heaven on earth and the area just had so much to offer. Thank-you so much.

The location with the view is spectacular! The owners are very nice and helpful (we forgot our camera and it was promptly sent to us!). The kitchen might have seen better days and it is obvious that the owner's family uses the house for its own vacation (some cupboards are not for use as they are private). The living room and garden with private pool are fantastic and the view better than you can imagine (it just takes a bit of walking uphill to the house)! We had a wonderfull stay with our baby son! Thank you very much!

L'emplacement de la maison est encore plus sensationnel que sur les photos. On profite d'un magnifique panorama sur les collines et sur toute la crique de Santa Margherita Ligure. La piscine et la terrasse permettent de profiter au maximum de ces merveilleux moments. La maison est un peu vieillissante mais elle est très bien entretenue. Le jardinier passe plusieurs fois par semaine pour arroser le jardin et nettoyer la piscine. On peut même profiter du raisin et des prunes du jardin, tout ça au milieu de plusieurs bougainvilliers et oliviers. Pour ne pas être que positif, il y a quand même quelques petites choses négatives : - pas de four micro-ondes (pas commode pour décongeler ou réchauffer les plats) - beaucoup trop d'affaires personnelles du propriétaire et donc rangements limités - chemin d'accès assez difficile (une centaine de mètres raides et assez escarpés) - pas évident de trouver des places pour stationner la voiture certains jours Mais les deux derniers points sont fréquents dans le secteur car on est entre mer et montagne. Merci encore pour ce séjour !

We chose this property for its location and view and the facilities,eg pool and and self catering facilities.The location, pool and garden are without doubt very good and just as fantastic as they appear in the photos we enjoyed these very much .The location was good, only short drive into Santa Margherita Ligure,and the public parking was very close. However the kitchen has seen better days and needs replacing,There were few utensils and the crockery and glass ware are in keeping with the kitchen , very worn ,to make a hot drink we had to boil water in a saucepan!The bathroom is functional but the taps leak on the sink and need constant mopping up! Getting contact and directions from the owners was very difficult we were given a telephone contact and an address but no specific instructions, fortunately I used Google earth to locate it exactly! The wifi is fast and the TVs is good and the sitting room is very spacious and comfortable,We had a fabulous time here and enjoyed the week immensely and the owners are lovely people,but it is shabby rather than chic and we were disappointed by this,for this reason we can only give the accommodation 3 stars as it is not of a good standard overall.

Those were unforgettable days in this holiday home. The house, the garden and the (heated!) Pool are very well maintained and all offer a magnificent view over the city and the bay of St. Margherita. Unbelievable: It is much more beautiful than in the photos. The owners are very friendly, helpful but never pushy. We two lived there quiet and undisturbed. A short, but steep footpath leads directly down to the lovely town and haven. We had bikes and enjoyed the longer winding road with its wonderful views. A public parking is located below the house . You should be well on your feet because the house is from there about 70 meters walk to reach and you have to carry up luggage, shopping etc.. That was absolutely no problem for us and so we will definitely return into this little paradise. Gratitude to our hosts.

Una vera sorpresa... La casa dal vero è ancora meglio che in foto. Luminosa, accogliente, molto curata e, non ultima, la posizione. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro, pur rimanendo nella quiete della collina da cui godere di un paesaggio mozzafiato. Torneremo!
