Richard was very accommodating.

Needs better lighting esp in bathroom - impossible to apply makeup! With a lot of furniture covered with plastic, it didn't feel very 'homely'

The unit was very well located, had plenty of equipment and the beds were very comfortable. It was good that there was a downstairs toilet. Richard- the host- was very friendly and communicative.

The location of the house is great to the centre of Mandurah, only about 2 min drive to the tourist centre. The house was quiet and the swimming pool was perfect for our kids and also grandparents, the water is heated by solar panels and it reaches a nice temperature by the afternoon. The house is spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The only disadvantage for us was that all bedrooms are upstairs which I had overlooked when booking the accommodation and we had an elderly person with us who struggled going up the stairs. Luckily there was an extra bed downstairs they could use.

Attention to EVERY detail.

Location excellent. Pool was great and villa had everything we needed.
