Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The owner, Giulio, was very helpful. He made 2 rounds to pick us & our luggage at night after our car broke down 3km before reaching the place. It's located a little away from the main Bellagio town, but the bus stop of C130 service is 20m away. We used it to commute to Como.
Small thing: Had to carry luggage up one floor.

Very clean and spacious. Loved all the terraces. The view of the lake was beautiful. Breakfast was so amazing. It was nice to have choices set at each table and not a buffet table. Our host was incredibly friendly and very helpful! Parking on site was a huge plus! It was also nice to be near the bus stop and it was actually not a far walk to town either.

The property is so clean and the hospitality is great and welcoming.
We enjoyed the walk into town every morning with the stunning views. Nothing is too much of a problem, staff are lovely.
