- Extremely beautiful hotel. Interior feels spacious and green. Rooms are beautifully decorated.
- Very calm area and well isolated rooms. We had amazing sleep here.
- The bed is exceptionally comfy.
- Breakfast is really good - many options and all of them delicious.
- There is a restaurant for lunch & dinner and a bakery. Lots of great food options.
- Young, motivated snd friendly staff.

The interior setting was unique, and the outside had peaceful water and views of boats. The room was good, and the staff were welcoming and polite. One staff member was friendly and very helpful with the room change
Nothing, all good, though breakfast let it down with watery baked beans and the Indonesian option, only served twice during our five-day stay.

Beautiful environment, comfortable beds
The toilet sign in the centrum that read “toilet - 1”. This was VERY confusing as it is easily read as being a dash indicating toilet on 1st floor. The actual location was downstairs! Perhaps a sign indicating “toilet- downstairs “ would be more helpful .

Breakfast was very good. The room and hotel were very clean. The decoration was nice.
The sliding room divider between the bed area and the rest of the room is terrible. The shower and toilet area along with closets and room entrance are all on one side of the divider, which means if someone is taking shower or using toilet, no one can get in/out of the room, or access the closets from the bed side of the divider!
