My daughter and I stayed at the Calile for three nights and we loved every moment. Exceptional staff and service from reception to the pool, gym and Hellenika (their Greek restaurant, which was beautiful and delicious). We loved our room - spacious and immaculately maintained during our visit - great mini bar when you want to have a wine or cocktail getting ready and a plethora of restaurants and nightspots to visit. And the shopping available was fantastic. We will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff enough to do little things like open doors etc to make you feel special), lovely pool area, great restaurants, simple and elegant decor.
The door to our mini fridge was sticking out and they tried to fix but couldn't. Our son's was not as bad but similar. Think it must be a design issue.

Could never get a seat at the pool. People would get there early to save their spots. You should not be allowed to eat breakfast on a sunbed just to keep the spot

The facilities and restaurants were great
Hospitality and customer service of all staff members come across was appalling… no chatty manner or recognition of your presence. Very forgetful and wouldn’t follow up on multiple occasions when things were requested
