Excellent location, Free Parking, excellent service and breakfast, Professional Staffs, Clean rooms, nice swimming pool, Good Cooking facility with all Utensils.

The view is spectacular. Rooms are very clean and has all the necessary amenities including microwave and a stove with all cooking and eating utensils.

The rooms near the reception entrance where people sit outside and talk loudly, which made it difficult for us to sleep at night. The reception was not answering at night.

Pros : incredible view spreading out from the restaurant and also rooms facing the lake ! Breakfast is highly recommended and I would count it 8/10 And that is the end of all advantages… the rest are only cons Cons : Front desk service is completely inexperienced in all meanings of this word !!! So far during our long travel history I have never experienced such a bad service!!! It has started from the reservation inquiry’s while they were simply cheating on the price . Finally I have booked by booking.com us they are valued brand . Upon arrival you will not met anyone such as lobby boy or baggage service!! There is also no baggage trolley that are being used in the hotels - they have only supermarket trolley what was really funny. Our room number was 131 and it supposed to be on the first floor as also it was told by the receptionist at the front desk- so imagine my family going with two kids and all luggage carrying on by hand trying to find the room on the first floor/ while we noticed that there is no room 131 on the first floor we have started to look for it at the second floor… for our surprise there was also no one 131 room … so after 10 minutes of research and visit at the reception someone else informed us that there is a third floor accessible by stairs without lift… At the last day of our stay our family has arrived at the hotel - they requested lake view apartment and paid for one like that !

long waiting time for a dinner

I booked a lake view room, and it did not disappoint. Amazing view right from the bedroom. Waking up to that is simply amazing, I can highly recommend it. The room was also comfortable, spacious, and has a nice kitchen for cooking some simple meals.

The staff, breakfast, the reaction ( no reaction)of the manager of the hotel when we gave the feedback, seems that the guests are not important than other things....

service is bad , no worker at receiption and nobody answer emergency call when we arrive late night. so no body help us when we cant open the doors and they gave us some wrong keyroom.

The view is no doubt, very beautiful and soothing. Room also nice, except the apartment which look old.

Check in process was a nightmare. We arrived late night, there was no one in the lobby, we only found an envelope with room cards, left on the desk. I booked 10 rooms for 2 nights because we are big group but there're total 12 cards in the envelope, which supposely only 10 cards. We tried to enter our room with the card but some cards didnt work and we ended up shared our room.
