El sitio, enfrente a la playa y la terraza con vistas al mar!
Un poco caro y no me aclararon correctamente el precio del desayuno buffet que no estaba incluido.

Aan het strand, op loop afstand naar centrum Getxo. Je kunt 5 min langs het strand en dan met klein kabelbaantje naar boven.
Honden zijn toegestaan, was in ons geval hinderlijk. Vroeg wakker.

Staff were excellent, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious (we only had it one morning). Plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Location is super, directly across from the beach. Rooms were super clean and well equipped. Loved our balcony overlooking the beach.
The only improvement we could suggest would be if the hotel had parasols and beach chairs to rent to guests. It would have made visits to the beach a little more comfortable. We did not want to buy beach chairs or parasols that we would not be able to take home, and would have been happy to rent same for the four days we were there.

We travelled with our cocker spaniel dog, and the welcome and facilities for a couple with a dog were exceptional.

It is a great little 3* hotel. The rooms facing the harbour have great views. The staff are kind and helpful, and are there 24/7. The breakfast is humble however it works for me. It is my go-to hotel when I travel to Getxo.
Parking can be tricky when the weather is good. You need to make sure you get a comfortable room - some can be a little small / without views.

The cleanliness is excellent, and cleaning staff are so friendly, plus efficient, do a Very good job.

The Hotel is perfectly placed for all amenities.
Parking is an issue. The parking system is awkward. The last few days we did use hotel car park, .As we was staying for 10days for that legnth of stay it is expensive .

A very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious! Highly recommended
A tip to the hotel managers: We love that your hotel is pet-friendly, we've truly enjoyed our stay with our pet. What can be improved is to increase the number of tables in the breakfast area with pets. Instead of 2 large tables, you could easily accomodate 4-5 small tables and avoid so long waiting to get a table.

The staff were excellent.Fatima and Ekaitz were especially friendly,efficient and helpful.The hotel location is excellent with great views across the beach,The rooms are spacious,clean and airy.Breakfast was excellent with a great view from the dining room.

The treatment from the staff, especially their receptionist and the chef Enya was amazing. They were so kind and accommodating at all times, to me and to my dog as well. I'd come back only for the room views, the tranquility of the place, and their amazing service :)

had to ask for coffee, milk and teabags for room also water as not automatically refilled with daily maid service

we were given a different room than promised that was alot worse than what we had booked, the room was filthy, curtains fell on my head when i went to close them, couldnt get a wine bottle opener or plates for dinner at 23:30 and there was a terrible smell coming from our window that faced a wall
