Amazing staff, impeccably clean, great breakfast with excellent selection. The bed was so comfortable, huge shower with boiling hot water was awesome. Highly recommend

Two minor things, nothing that would stop me from booking again. The lights in the room are controlled by a main switch which was kind of hard to operate, and it was impossible to turn off the lights in the room without switching off the bathroom lights too which is annoying if someone is in the bathroom. The second thing which is very easy to solve is that conditioner and body lotion would be a nice addition.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Eine fast nicht nennenswerte Kleinigkeit könnte verbessert werden. Im Bad werden Shampoo, Duschgel umd Seife zur Vergügung gestellt. Evt könnte man das Angebot mit einer Bodylotion abrunden. Aber das ist wirklich nur eine kleine Anmerkung.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and warm. They really tried to make our stay special. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Before my arrival, I informed the hotel that my flight would arrive early in the morning and requested an early check-in. Despite the fact that rooms were clearly available, the reception staff were unhelpful and kept delaying the process instead of assisting us. I booked a family suite consisting of two bedrooms and a living room for four adults. However, I was unexpectedly charged an additional daily fee for my 8-year-old child, which I found unreasonable and was not clearly communicated during the booking process. Another issue was the toilet seat cover, which was already worn out and in poor condition. When it broke, I was charged an amount that was approximately ten times the actual replacement value, which felt excessive and unfair. Most disappointing of all, although I am a Level 3 member on Booking.com and many rooms appeared to be vacant, the hotel refused any flexibility and required us to check out strictly at 12:00 PM. Overall, the lack of customer care, poor handling of guests, and unreasonable extra charges made this stay far below expectations. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.
