I love this hotel. Perfect position. Quiet. immaculately clean. Amazing spa. Beautiful pool. Right besides the river. Stayed here 5 times and wouldn't stay anywhere else

My 1 thing .. which isn't really a dislike. There is one man on reception who is quite rude and not very helpful.

The location is fantastic. The rooms were lovely and friendly staff

Having come here for years, sadly the issues guests have previously stated have not been addressed: BREAKFAST - there was (for a while) an egg station last year. This was not there and only fruit on one day. SWIMMING POOL (small one). I was sad to see the small pool and children’s pool growing green mould especially around the steps coming out of the pool which is a health hazard and I saw no pool attendants the whole time. Sun bed covers were dusty, dirty and the railing coming out of the pool was covered in weeks of suntan oil/cream stains HOTEL GARDENS. This is a prime location and the grounds to one side of the hotel are essentially a dumping ground where people walk past every day, and should be developed or simply sold off. The gardens overlooking the rivers are also overgrown and not watered This is such a shame as the rooms are clean and lovely
