Location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the old town inside city walls. We were able to find free parking every night near hotel. The staff and breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is nicely decorated and quiet.

The memory foam bed in our room was a bit tired and in need of replacement. We would have appreciated real glass in lieu of paper cups in the room as well.

The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the coutry style of the decoration. Very quiet and great breakfast.

Super clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. Their parking does have special places for electric cars. Decor was amazing, and the breakfast buffet simply superb. The location is great. Good value for money. We definitely recommend Aras Hotel and will stay again when we are back in Zamora.

The only small detail was that the airco in our room did not cool down and was a bit noisy. It was not that warm and for one night, we managed.

Staff were very friendly, I liked the way you could reserve a spot for your EV, prices are very good and breakfast was decent. Location is also great.

The hotel could try a bit harder with reducing the use of single use plastic. For example in the bathroom the soap dispenser which could be refilled was empty so we had to use the small bottles of shower gel to wash our hands which is wasteful.

Beautifully decorated. Secure parking for motorcycles short distance from hotel entrance.

Buffet breakfast, limited choice, packet cheese and ham. warm items were available but not pointed out. we eventually found them in a dark area if the dining room away from the rest if the buffet.
