Good location close to restaurants and walkable distance to centre of seville and bus station. Tea and coffee available to make yourself in the reception and a cold water machine. Comfy beds. Nice rooftop terrace with lots of seating.
The walls are very thin. Could hear other rooms conversations word for word and it didn't even sound like they were talking loud. The shower pipe got boiling hot when in the shower to the point one of us caught our arm on it and burnt our skin which has scared.

I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The availability of water and coffee in the common area at all times was a very nice touch. The location is perfect for exploring the city center with ease.

Badezimmer, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, tolle Lage, viele Restaurants & Bars in der Nähe, kostenloses Wasser etc im Aufenthaltsraum
Sehr laut (unser Zimmer ging zur Strasse), man hörte bis spät nachts Musik etc - für den Preis war das ok, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir darauf achten, dass das Zimmer eine andere Ausrichtung hat. Das Zimmer war außerdem sehr klein, was aber für uns ok war, da es nur für eine Nacht war

Bed was comfortable , the property was clean
The location is unfortunately next to bars and restaurants that are still open after midnight.
The rooftop area does not look like the pictures
They are desperate for soundproofing the windows and the walls are thin , you can hear next door.
Breakfast area so small
