Property was very clean, all the amenities you need are there. Water is right across the street, downtown is only a mile away. Great sleeping arrangements, property manager was very attentive

The house was immaculate and every thing provided. You just bring your food. Convenient location to down town, stores and great little coffee shop. Big plus that owner allows dogs. Lots of hiking trails near by to walk dog through woods. We would definitely rent again.

The property was was absolutely perfect. Very relaxing and comfortable. The only thing that needs to be changed is the kitchen sink has a little leak when you turn it on, and the queen size mattress in both rooms sink into the middle a tiny bit. Other than that, we ABSOLUTELY loved the property and the area is absolutely beautiful. Close to everything in town and not too far from attractions up North. I highly recommend this property to anyone. Bob the owner greeted us upon arriving, really nice guy and friendly. We stayed there for bike week snd we had a blast!!

I really liked the layout of this house. It was spacious and comfortable for the 7 of us for a weekend. And the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! I don't usually sleep well in a different house however, I slept like a baby that weekend. :)

For Christmas we decided to do a mini getaway… making memories instead of exchanging a ton of gifts. This property/house was absolutely perfect. Large living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. It was clean, easy to locate, close to activities, and the host, Bob, was easy to reach and responded to questions/comments quickly. They even had board games there for families to play and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Bob was easy to work with, very personable and helpful. We accidentally left a few items behind and he has been great I'm getting everything back to us. I highly recommend this home and am looking forward to visiting again the the future!

We had to get a few things ironed out before we got to the property but Bob was awesome! He personally called me to make sure we had everything we needed and afterwards called to send us off with well wishes and make sure our stay was good. He was very open and upfront about everything. We enjoyed our stay!!

Overall we enjoyed our stay it was roomy and comfortable for our group. We were caught a little off when we arrived and were told our dogs needed to be kept in the kitchen area .I felt a little like this should be mentioned before finalizing the rental as it says pets allowed giving me the impression it is pet friendly home. A suggestion would be for a lamp in each bedroom so light can be turned off from the bed and not by the door.. Also my elderly aunt and uncle stayed in the master and suggested maybe turning the mattress as they said it had a dip in the middle that they kept rolling into. We thought it was well located to town and wished it was not raining so we could have enjoyed a walk to the lake . I would recommend for a family and it is nice that it is all one level and three bathrooms came in very handy for the 6 of us.

The house was in very good condition with a comfortable layout and a great location. Meredith and the surrounding area offered lots to do. Bob was helpful in making sure we were comfortable and even gave suggestions as to what the area offered. Highly recommended!

This was a great house to stay in when my husband, daughter and I came up to stay to visit family in the area. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out and has a fully stocked kitchen. You do need to bring your own linens and towels so be prepared for that. The house is in a great location and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Home met our needs for staying nearby for a wedding and other events. Owner met us when we arrived at house.

Great location being so close to the lake and close to downtown Meredith. House was plenty big enough and very comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend

This house is new, well equipped, and spacious with a great location near the town beach and near the center of Meredith. Perfect for a family.
