Staff was helpful, room was clean, the location was very convenient and central. The place was very safe and secure just as always
This time around, the room I was allocated, the fridge was not working neither was the tv remote. When I reported this, I was told the fridge will start working, it never did until I complained the next day then they brought me a working fridge and Tv remote

Breakfast was great. The fella that cooks the eggs was lovely and cheerful. Made a difference to the restaurant. Quality of food was very good.
Morning staff (domestic I believe) were exceptionally noisy. When trying to have a lie in from the previous night where there is often loud music playing or noisy people in general, the morning staff are talking away quite loudly in the morning so it's difficult to sleep through it. They would also slam doors/let doors slam shut which of course wakes you up/prevents you from sleeping.
