Water spa is really nice. Guests during weekdays are better than the weekend. COO is just quiet but is doing his job behind the scene.
Linens were clean to look at but it feels dusty.. we were sneezing and coughing occasionally. Their day tour guests crowding the water spa. Villas doesn’t feel secured because double lock is not functioning. Villas situated below their residential area who are noisy above.

We really enjoyed our stay. The spa pool was great and very relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. Definitely two of the highlights of our stay.
The air-conditioning in our room was quite weak. We asked maintenance to check it, and they responded promptly, but unfortunately, the room still didn’t cool down enough afterward.

The pool was nice, the rooms in the villa were ok
I love having a cozy coffe shop
We were not assisted or shown where our villa is.
Wifi in the villa was not good , we hardly managed to watch on the tv, it will be nice to have a comfy sofa as well
There’s not a lot that you can have for food to order in the hotel and yet you are not encouraged to bring food or you have to pay a charge if you do
Not a lot of choices on the buffet for the breakfast
Checking out was not a smooth process
