If you have kid, the place is the right subdivision to stay. Pools are clean and well organized.

For customers traveling from other countries, you will need to bring your own towels, soap and toilet paper. We were six and in the apartment there were only towels for three. We were glad there is a supermarket close to the subdivision and we were able to get all basic toiletries we needed. Also, bring extra towels for the pool, we ended buying at least one towel for each. If you are traveling with family, kids and elders, please keep in mind that to enter the apartment you have to wait 45 minutes outside until the owner authorize your entrance (or negotiate the entrance with the reception ... it was a hassle to get access to the apartment, even reminding the owner the arrival time four hours before).
