Die Villa ist Ihr luxuriöses Zuhause in der Ferne. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Balkon und verfügt über A / C und Ventilator. Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, es gibt ein Badezimmer im ersten Stock und eine separate Dusche, WC und Handwaschbecken im Erdgeschoss. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit modernen Geräten, Herd und Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Leder-Sofa und Schlafsofa sitzen 10 Personen, Esstisch sitzt 8 Personen. Große Terrasse neben der Küche für Essen im Freien. Separate Sitzecke mit DVD-Player für Kinder. Große Terrasse vor der Villa. Große Dachterrasse mit Liegen zum Entspannen.
Gepflasterte Auffahrt und großer gepflegter Garten mit ferngesteuertem elektrischem Tor für zusätzliche Sicherheit. Autos können sicher auf der Einfahrt geparkt werden.
Safe für Wertsachen und Laptop.
Ein Babybett kann in jedes der Schlafzimmer gestellt werden. Eine Babywanne und ein Hochstuhl sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Villa ist geeignet für Familien mit Kindern aller Altersgruppen, Freundesgruppen, ältere Menschen auf längere Pause, die weg von kalten Wintern zu bekommen. Es eignet sich auch für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität, da es eine Doppelschlafcouch im Wohnbereich und eine begehbare Dusche und WC im Erdgeschoss.
Die Villa befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder 150 Meter von Flic en Flac Strand. Letzteres ist eine der längsten, unberührten Strand auf der Insel mit weißem Sand und kristallklarem türkisfarbenem Wasser. Der Strand ist von den Einheimischen und Touristen gleichermaßen beliebt und hat eine Reihe von Restaurants, Bars, Fast-Food-Stände, Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Bank, Geldwechsel, Tauchschulen, Reiseveranstalter, Apotheken, Kliniken, Polizeistation und Bushaltestelle.
Der Rest der Insel ist gut mit einem regelmäßigen Bus-Service serviert. Daher ein Auto ist nicht notwendig.

Great stay at Fayruz villa
The villa is very spacious, lots of room on the ground floor with large sofas, sofa bed, large dining table with 8 chairs, full kitchen and an American fridge freezer.
There is a fan in the lounge area but the ground floor would have benefitted with air conditioning.
The first floor has a large master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite. The shower is low pressure as is in all the rooms, the hot water takes a while to come through as with all the showers in the villa.
The other 2,bedrooms have 2 beds in each with air conditioning. Separate bathroom and shower.
There is a top floor sundeck but this had no sunbeds so we couldn't use it and had broken satellite dish and other stuff which needs to be cleared as this could be so much better.
There is an outdoor pool which is great to cool off in.
We stayed for 2 weeks, there was no cleaner or maid service which was very unusual.
We cleaned the sofas in between the cushions as they had lot of crumbs and other stuff in there.
Overall the villa is really nice and the location is great, shops and restaurants and the beach are a short walk away.
Reza and Ashlam were brilliant, very helpful and friendly, thanks for the info and booking taxis and bus info to Port Louis.
We will definitely come back here again, thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic villa with pool, great location, highly recommend.
Our family of two adults and five children had a wonderful three week stay at Fayruz Villa.
The owner, Faroz, replied promptly and helpfully to all our enquiries prior to departure and arranged for us to be picked up from the airport.
On arrival at the villa we were met by Faroz's lovely family (her mother and brothers) who showed us around the property and local area, arranged car hire for us and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
The villa itself is clean, spacious and well laid out and has everything you require for a relaxing holiday. There are three shower rooms and we successfully used them all simultaneously! The pool is lovely and was particularly enjoyed by our children! The property is very secure having an electric gate and the area is safe and quiet.
The beautiful beach at Flic en Flac is a short walk away and the local Spa supermarket is well stocked. There are also many local restaurants as well as food stalls near the beach offering local and western dishes.
I highly recommend this villa for a family such as ours or for friends travelling together.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fayruz villa. Tout y est très bien. Surtout un grand merci pour l'accueil de Aslam et Reza. Tout était parfait.
