Quiet comfortable and welcoming. The property is in a very quiet Cul de Sac and you can park right outside. Lienz is a good location as a base

Ann it's a very kind and nice Person. The room I had was nice, clean, comfortable and with a nice view in a quiet place.

Bel'vue was a great experience. Located in Lienz just off the Tristacher road. Close to the city center but at the same time positioned in a very quiet family neighbourhood. Birds chirping from the early morning... view from the terrace directly overlooking Hochstein and Zettersfeld mountains, perfect position to kick off towards various ski resorts around Lienz. We spent 6 days and skied Kals/Matrei, Heiligenblut, St. Jakob, Sillian, Zettersfeld and Hochstein. Great, spacious room with a comfy kingsize bed, lovely retro bathroom, all neat and clean. What really made us happy and satisfied was landlady Ann. She made our stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible, a positive spirit of the property... she makes everything running smooth and joyous with the smile on her face. We loved her breakfasts, morning chats and positive attitude... Thumbs up for Ann and her human, romantic touch.

Although a really nice family ski resort, Zettersfeld at this time of year was fully packed...

The house is located in a quiet location. rooms are clean, renewed, spacious with a beautiful balcony and a view towards the ski resort. the owner Ann speaks excellent English and gave us all the necessary information about the nearby ski resorts and restaurants. kudos also for the excellent breakfast!!!

The property is owned by a very nice and helpful couple. The room with its balcony was very comfortable and clean. We liked the extra care for thinking more in terms of sustainability .

I liked everything about this stay. At just 15 minutes walk from the station and town centre, the location was ideal and the standards exceptional. Nothing was less than first class with a host of welcoming and thoughtful extras throughout. Breakfast was excellent and also made a great start to each day!

EVERYTHING! Let’s start with Ann ! She’s a great host and very smart and nice to talk to ! She maintains the house all by herself 💪🏼 She caters to the guests and also serves up some amazing breakfast . The rooms were great . The view is great . And it’s a lovely walk into town by the riverside . And it’s not just value for money ! It’s a steal deal ! If you’re in Lienz don’t even think twice just book this place if it’s available ! Thank you Ann ! It was lovely staying in your Beautiful Home .
