Wir nennen liebe die Wohnung 'Place de Rêves "(Ort der Träume) als Eingang des Gebäudes ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Place de Revely' in der Altstadt von Antibes. Es befindet sich im 3. Stock (oben) im Gebäude neben dem ehemaligen Wohnhaus des Künstlers Nicolas de Staël. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone, 1 im Schlafzimmer und 1 aus dem Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert und mit einem Kingsize-Bett (160 x 200 cm) und es gibt ein großes Sofa-Bett (170 x 200 cm) im Wohnzimmer. Das sonnige und geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit einem Roland Digital Piano mit Blick auf den Yachthafen ausgestattet. Das Beste von allem, liegt das Mittelmeer direkt vor, so dass die Aussicht ziemlich erstaunlich sind!
Die Wohnung befindet sich eine Ein-minütigen Spaziergang durch den Place de Revely und unter dem römischen Bogen von der alten Stadtmauer zu den berühmten Markt so genannte "Marché Provençal", wo Sie frische, regionale Produkte finden. Nach wenigen Metern ist die Welt Picasso Museum gefeiert, wo er in den 1940er Jahren arbeitete und wo es eine beeindruckende Sammlung seiner Gemälde und Keramik. Stunning views, perfect location in the old town. Easy walk to market, shops, & restaurants. Train station 10 minute walk for day trips up & down the coast. We have stayed in Antibes many times and know our way around but 1st timers will find the location perfect for getting around the Côte d'Azur.

We had a fabulous 5 night stay here celebrating our 25th anniversary and everything was exceptional. The hosts were very kind, helpful and communicative and offered excellent recommendations. The apartment was conveniently located and very comfortable. It worked out as a very nice central home base to explore the area. You should BOOK this wonderful place. You will NOT regret it. Judy and Jonathon were excellent hosts. I am so grateful that they were willing to share their lovely apartment with us. It truly was a special place and one that we would love to return to again.

One of the best experiences we have had across our vacation stays, with our fam of 4 (2 young kids). The house, its location is better than described. Right in the center of town, a 1 min walk to a beach, and some of the most amazing sunrise and sunset views off the balcony. The house has an extremely well stocked kitchen to make some great memories. The pull out couch in the living room was very comfortable, to accomodate 2 people easily. Aircon woked v well for one of the hotter days in the area. Our kids had plenty of beach toys and games to stay entertained. Judy helped us plan our trip out, even before our arrival - and their restaurant and local tips made our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful experience in Antibes and very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. The owners were extremely nice and had great communication with us. They greeted us when we arrived, showed us around the apartment, and shared tips on places to visit and restaurants to try. They even set up a dinner reservation for us, which was our favorite meal in Antibes.
The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything w possible for a comfortable and convenient stay - beach stuff, plentiful towels, extra pillows and blankets, kitchenware, etc. We visited Antibes during a heatwave in August, and the apartment stayed nice and cool. We were always comfortable in the apartment!
I would be remiss not to mention the location of the apartment. It was seriously perfect! The view from the balcony is amazing. You get a beautiful view of the public beach, which was well-maintained, and you can see lots of gorgeous yachts. The apartment was easy to walk to and from - from everywhere in Antibes, including the train station.
My family highly recommends renting this wonderful apartment. We hope to visit Antibes again because we loved it so much, and we will definitely stay here again!

The location is a dream. The apartment is a bit small but clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, the landlord was still setting up a new bed, which was a bit unpleasant. The handover of the clean and tidy apartment went smoothly when we left. However, there was a nasty surprise afterward. Days later, we were charged nearly 200 € for fabricated repairs (by the way, the washing machine is broken) and an allegedly dirtied apartment, which was deducted from the deposit (coincidentally the exact amount). Disappointing! It seems the hosts are in dire need of money. But in this way?

We love France and particularly the Provence, and have spent many holidays in lovely places over the years….but this place is the most wonderful we ever had. Situated at the remparts of the old town with breathtaking views at the beach, the port, Nice and the whole eastern coastline…. you just can spend the whole day ( and evening) watching the bustling life from the balcony. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything you might need. Thank you so much Judy and Jonathan for taking such good care of us during our stay! You are lovely people.

I don't believe I've ever had a better experience with VRBO than I have with Jonathan and Judy's property. Not only is their property the most stunning in the area, but the kind and communicative experience Jonathan and Judy were able to provide was above anything I've ever experienced. They booked restaurant reservations, beach club reservations, picked us up from the train station, gave us a ride to the Nice airport, and provided a bottle of rose upon arrival for us to enjoy on the dreamiest balcony overlooking the Mediterranean after a long travel day. I can't put into words how their attention to detail and hospitality put us international travelers at ease during our stay in Antibes.
Antibes is the most charming town. The train station makes getting to other coastal towns very accessible, but I bet you'll find yourself wanting to soak up the charm of Antibes and not wanting to leave.
We miss morning coffee and night caps on the balcony watching the yachts come and go. We spent 4 nights at this beautiful place, and honestly, it wasn't enough. I feel so lucky to have been able to enjoy their little slice of heaven, and I do plan to return to Jonathan and Judy's magical property in the future with at least a week stay! If you're on the fence, book it! I promise you won't regret it!

We had a lovely week in Judy and Jonathan’s apartment. They were very attentive to ensure everything went smoothly for our stay.
The apartment is ideally located in the historic area of Antibes with a beautiful view over the sea, marina and beach.
It was equipped with everything we needed. We would highly recommend it.

Antibes was never on our radar initially (until running into this VRBO listing) but ended up being the perfect location on the French Rivera, close to everything you want to visit but away from the hectic Nice. It is beautifully located in the old town of Antibes with everything within walking distance including the marina, Picasso museum, lots of great restaurants, etc. The views of the water from the balcony every morning/day really are a wonderful thing to look at and I imagine great to swim in during warmer times.
Johnathan and Judy themselves showed great hospitality with introductions and goodbyes, as well as great recommendations for restaurants. They definitely go the extra mile! Highly recommend trusting all the great reviews and stay here if you can find the availability. We left wishing we could have stayed longer and hope to return.

We have never had a holiday appartment that was so FULLY equipped. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and reliable. But the best feature of the appartment is its wonderful sea view. You can spend hours watching the rolling waves or the cormorant fishing.

My family had a wonderful stay at this one of a kind property. The view and location of this apartment can't be beat. The apartment itself is fully equipped and beautifully decorated. Communication before and throughout our stay was great. We hope to stay there again soon.

I was tempted to give this apartment a bad review so I can still book it in the future. But I know honesty is the best policy. The view is spectacular. It was chilly when we stayed in November so we didn't use the outside patio much. The view there is amazing but the view surrounds you when inside also. Well stocked pantry. Great appliances. Washer and dryer combo. Takes a while to complete but did a very good job. Comfy bed. Even a piano to play. Very walkable neighborhood. % minutes to the Picasso Museum. Restaurants, boulangerie, cafes all aroun. We felt right at home. The host was so helpful and communicated even though they were half way around the world. She even booked two reservations at her favorite resaturants for us. She did not lead us wrong! The second night was the best meal we have had in France or any country lately.. This host pays attention to detail. What a delight. Stay here if you get the chance.

We fell in love with Antibes and this lovely apartment. Judy and Johnathan were a delight and the communication was thorough before, during and after check in. Sophie met us and helped us into the apartment. The kitchen has everything that a chef could want when preparing a gourmet dinner with fresh ingredients from the incredible local market. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the gentle lapping of the waves on the beach below. We hope to one day enjoy another holiday in this magical place.

This place is perfect. The view is one of the best I’ve ever seen, you literally feel like you’re right on the beach (because you kind of are.) It’s breathtaking. Sitting out there having breakfast each morning was the total highlight of our stay. Jonathan and Judy are the best hosts I’ve ever encountered because they’re so extremely warm and make you feel so safe and taken care of in a new place. They helped us get a last minute reservation at a restaurant the first night we were there, and even accommodated a late check out for us. They’re exactly the kind of hosts you want when you’re traveling to a new place and need to know you will be in good hands. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is very comfortable. I am a sensitive sleeper, and the bedroom is calm. They even provided such things as bottled water, wine, milk, bathroom essentials, and beach towels—because they really think of the little details when you are arriving at a new place. This is so helpful and just makes you feel so at ease and at home. Everything worked perfectly, the AC is great, in short, if you are looking for a magnificent spot to spend your time in Antibes with hosts who will really be there for you, and the best view in the town, this is your place.

Our family spent a few incredible nights here late July. Jonathan and Judy were delightful and welcoming right from the time we completed our booking. Many emails received leading up to our journey ensuring a seamless arrival. The apartment is clean, fully stocked, comes with breathtaking views, the beach at your door step, and a lovely terrace to enjoy your morning latte and croissant! They even have a Nespresso! You are a stone's throw away from wonderful restaurants, the market and the 'sea wall'. Jonathan and Judy have all the bells and whistles for a wonderful day at the beach and equip you with floaties, beach mats, coolers and more. We had a magical time and will return!

Best view in Antibes!
First I would like to start off by saying that Jonathan and Judy could not have been more helpful to us as we were planning our stay. They went out of their way to make several phone calls to us and they also made and reconfirmed reservations that we had during the week to make sure everything went smoothly. We have rented villas and apartments all over Europe and these two hosts went above and beyond for their guests. The apartment itself could not be more adorable. The ocean views are gorgeous - you can see the yachts out to the right and to the left is the beautiful marina with the beach directly below. We loved our mornings and nightcaps on the balcony - we miss it already! The house is fully equipped. They have everything there you could ever need for your trip like beach chairs, cooler bags, umbrellas, shopping bags and even post cards with stamps to mail home! They left us treats in the fridge (water, wine, cheese, etc!) to get us started too! Antibes itself is so cute! It’s completely walkable and you do not need a car especially as Ubers are readily available and easy to use to get you anywhere you want to go including Nice or Cannes for the day. Everything you could need or want is right outside the door including the delicious bakery, the market, shops, ice cream and endless restaurants and bars. Overall I would very highly recommend this property and would love to go back!! Thanks again Jonathan and Judy for an amazing trip and for being such lovely hosts!

Incredible!
Incredible views, incredible location and incredible hosts!
We only stayed for a few nights to celebrate our anniversary but could easily have stayed for longer.
Jonathan and Judy are amazing hosts who very warmly welcomed us into their home. The communication was fantastic, along with all of the information provided to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble.
If you are looking for a short romantic get away or a longer vacation, I highly recommend this apartment.

Sublime Perfection
This apartment is simply Perfection. It's one of the nicest rental apartments we've ever stayed in. The view is even better in person, and it's a view from every single window. The apartment is also incredibly spacious and so cozy you will not want to leave. Everything has been thought through, the kitchen is so well stocked you could make a banquet. Bathroom (with a bathtub!) is very large and full of storage, as is the bedroom. Very comfy bed in a very large bedroom. Extremely quiet too. Lovely extras like tissues, soaps, sunscreens, cotton pads and a whole lot more. Honestly, we could have stayed for MONTHS. This felt like a stay in a luxury resort. We will definitely be back.

Floating on the ocean
Amazing location and jaw dropping view in this third-floor walk-up along the sea. You literally feel like you are on top of the waves and the sounds are so peaceful and relaxing. If the beach is crowded you can easily sit in the apartment and feel like you are there. The hosts are so friendly and informative - couldn’t ask for anything more. So nice having initial amenities taken care of in additional to recommendations for the area. Quiet and easily accessible to town and to the train station to reach other Riviera destinations (for day trips). The farmer’s market and other shops and restaurants are so close and convenient. Everyone is so friendly - cozy living. An extremely memorable trip and I can’t wait to return.

The location is fantastic! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, port and boat rentals and beach restaurants in the historic and charming old town of Antibes! You can look down at La Gravette beach from the balcony!
I usually travel with suitcases filled with anything you need but I barely had to pull anything besides my clothes and shoes and makeup bag out of my luggage. Judy and Jonathan have thought of ANYTHING one might need to feel at home.
The decoration is tastefully done and is filled with personal touch from this lovely couple! They are wonderful and kindhearted people to a point that they had done some grocery shopping for us including must haves : Rosé wine, water, milk and even Nespresso pods and one of the best English breakfast tea I’ve ever had!
Anything you may want or need on the beach Judy and Jonathan left there for you! And they are very generous! Any questions we had they were readily available by text or call and even if need be in person. Jonathan even helped bring my suitcases up the stairs. And Judy was waiting for us to welcome us with a beautiful vase of sunflowers and while Judy showed us around the apartment Jonathan played a beautiful welcoming melody on the piano! This couple is amazing.
All information about anything you might need is in a laminated binder called “ useful information” and I must say they have covered EVERYTHING 😅
For my next Antibes trip I will definitely want to come back to Judy and Jonathan’s “Place de Rêve” and highly recommend it.
My mom and I had a fantastic time during our vacation in Antibes thanks to Judy and Jonathan oh and I almost forgot to say that they went out of their way and took our covid vaccine records and our ID to the pharmacy and helped us getting our French Passe Sanitaire so we had absolutely no issues getting into restaurants and public places.

Well let me start with saying that this is truly a “place de rêves” means a dreamy place! The pictures that are posted here of this charming apartment are not doing it justice! I can say that I hit the jackpot on vrbo by falling on this place and booking it for my long awaited vacation.
The location is fantastic! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, port and boat rentals and beach restaurants in the historic and charming old town of Antibes! You can look down at La Gravette beach from the balcony!
I usually travel with suitcases filled with anything you need but I barely had to pull anything besides my clothes and shoes and makeup bag out of my luggage. Judy and Jonathan have thought of ANYTHING one might need to feel at home.
The decoration is tastefully done and is filled with personal touch from this lovely couple! They are wonderful and kindhearted people to a point that they had done some grocery shopping for us including must haves : Rosé wine, water, milk and even Nespresso pods and one of the best English breakfast tea I’ve ever had!
Anything you may want or need on the beach Judy and Jonathan left there for you! And they are very generous! Any questions we had they were readily available by text or call and even if need be in person. Jonathan even helped bring my suitcases up the stairs. And Judy was waiting for us to welcome us with a beautiful vase of sunflowers and while Judy showed us around the apartment Jonathan played a beautiful welcoming melody on the piano! This couple is amazing.
All information about anything you might need is in a laminated binder called “ useful information” and I must say they have covered EVERYTHING 😅
For my next Antibes trip I will definitely want to come back to Judy and Jonathan’s “Place de Rêve” and highly recommend it.
My mom and I had a fantastic time during our vacation in Antibes thanks to Judy and Jonathan oh and I almost forgot to say that they went out of their way and took our covid vaccine records and our ID to the pharmacy and helped us getting our French Passe Sanitaire so we had absolutely no issues getting into restaurants and public places.

A very nice apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the harbour. The location is in the middle of the old town, near the market and 10mn walk form the railway station. The host are very kind and helpful.

Superb Antibes Stay
This location is fabulous with views of the sea, the mountains, the nearby harbor, and the swimming. It's a short walk to shops, cafes, and the local market. The owners were terrific in communicating and helping is with tips and advice to enjoy Antibes. We loved our stay here! We'll come back to this place without hesitation.
