We stayed for one night at sunset reef. It was mostly quiet which we liked, probably because it was off peak. The surroundings are good, I was told every room is seaview. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dinner and breakfast were minimal as it was off peak season. We booked a family suite, double bed on 1 floor and two singles on top in the same room. What we didn't like was that the room was full of cobwebs and lizards. It looked like the room had been ignored and not cleaned for a long time.

food horrible, not great choice , bagets we have for 3 days - was old , not really fresh food mostly from day before ... you are far from any big shop so we got some small thinks in little shop but nothing to do there... even beach is far ....

While some of their staff were very welcoming, there was a majority of them who lacked manners. The day I came I got a sniff of something foul in the room, but realised the next day it was coming from the bed. I asked them to change my sheets, and even though they did that, it still smelled. The 'manager' came into my room and inspected the bed and acted like I was to be blame, and why I complained the next day. He told me to 'forget the smell' and continue to sleep in it. When I asked him to smell the bed he then realised and told his staff to put another duvet cover on the mattress. It did not stop stinking. The eating area was dirty and disorganised. The rooms were dirty as well. Narrow road to get to the parking.

It's not possible to swimm in the sea because of stones but the pool is very nice

Breakfast: Only Half an hour after opening, was any sort of offerings made available, seems no particulr staff in chsrge of anything, difficult to identify staff since no name plate or uniforms visible.

The actual hotel was clean and the view of the ocean good, however the immediate grounds in front and on the side foreshore was disgusting with debris and human waste.Owners should seek government tourism authorities look into cleaning up this precious side of the environment urgently. the hoyel is ok, the viscinity is catastrphic.!
