The staff were amazing. So attentive the whole time, the hotel is beautiful. Two stunning pools and a beach. it was perfect. The attention to detail is the best I’ve experienced. Pacious airy rooms, clean pools, beautiful beach front, great service.

We liked everything. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was delicious The food menu offers plenty of options, thai cuisine is absolutely delicious. We arrived in great need of rest, and the Samui bayview exceeded our expectations. All the staff work hard to make your stay special.We highly recommend and will be back !!

Very relaxed ambiance. Beautiful view of course and we got help with all our questions and requests from the very helpful staff at the reception.

The resort has passed its best before date. So it needs some updates here and there. But still charming enough and price for value is absolut.

The worst hotel I've ever seen No shuttle. When I order it was on duty At the hotel they said that it's closed and forgot to tell booking about it. Not clean at all. Pool not clean, stinky water at pool Very bad location, up on high hill. No traffic. Breakfast was small, and not fresh. Only 3 or 4 things. Don't come to this hotel, even if it's free!!!

The view was unexpected,as I didnt book a Sea view room,but got one.The room was huge,could have had another Kingsize and single bed in it,I had both a bath and a shower cubicle in the bathroom.Massive amount of wardrobe space(with hangers)Room was cleaned every day.Breakfast was a feast(included).The manager was always about and helpful(if something wasnt right,he would look into it and sort it.There were to 2 seperate pools (both the same size,swimmable)and a seperate kids pool.Wifi was very good.Definlately would go back.

Nothing.Dont know how the property is,but could do with a lick of paint in a few places,but maintenance/upgrades were being done.If it was good enough for the King of Thailand a good 15/20 years ago,its good enough for me.A bit out on a limb,really need a scooter or car to make life easier,but pick up taxis were always passing by at the bottem of the driveway to flag down.

This is a very bad check-in experience. Cockroaches were crawling in the bathtub and crawling on the floor when I checked in. The bed sheets were dirty with blood stains. The equipment is very old. It is not recommended to stay

There was nothing at all to like about this resort.

Staff were pretty much useless, was an effort just to get their attention. Only 2 / 3 staff in the whole resort. Nothing gets cleaned, the pools and beds were disgusting. Tbh place is falling apart!! Constant noise from all directions.

do not make a huge mistake by staying at this hotel. The price is not worth your health, as we have booked 2 rooms (and went to see more rooms to choose from) - all of them had very strong mold smell. We had the booking for 6 nights, but left the next day as we could not breathe normally during the night. Breathing the mold in is very dangerous. Moreover, we have booked “Studio”, which suposed to be 40sq.m., but we have been automatically placed in just a double room sea view, almost twice smaller (the view was not the priority, the size was). The problem was that it is not mentioned anywhere that Studio does not have any windows at all. I consider this to be a scam, not a good deal. Also, we travel with 2 kids (1 and 6 years old) and received a baby cot (yay!) but instead of a blanket, they offered us to cover the baby with towels. Furthermore, breakfast was nothing special, nothing close to what the old reviews say: eggs, sausages, ham, bacon, salad, rice, cereal, toasts, etc. I am thankful that they have refunded the money for the upcoming nights.

The view from the hotel was amazing. We arrived at 11pm and there was not receptionist however the engineer of the hotel help us with the check-in. His english was not very good but we managed to understand each other.

Breakfast did not have many options and most of the times the trays were empty. Someone knocked at our door at 6am in the morning and opened our door at 8.30 on the first day.

Location

Sanitary wear was all old and in poor condition. Locker was not working. Took the mechanic 30 mins to fix it. They should have checked it first and then should have allotted us the room. No one to help carry the heavy bags! Had to carry all the bags by myself from parking to the room! However the staff was polite and helping.

I feel like it was beautiful back in it’s day but needs some love, parts were a bit run down. Ideally you need a moped to get anywhere as it’s too far to walk

the resort is quite isolated so you have to rent a motorcycle to go anywhere as taxi’s are super expensive or you need to walk down hill to the street. WiFi is mediocre as you need to enter password every time

Everything was great except the bathroom :( Only the bathroom was terrible because it smelled bad and the shower had little water. More than worse, the dirty water was running from the toilet and bathtub.
